EL RANCHO TOWN CENTER – BERGEN PARK, CO

The intimate retail center with apartments above created a mixed-use project. The 27,000 SF retail development on 8.61 acres. The mountain site provides for high visibility to nearby highways. The four buildings vary in height but the materials are in the Colorado mountain vernacular, stone for the image of a stone structural base, stucco walls, architectural metal roofing and exposed trusses and architectural supports.
