Set into a sloped site to the west, this 3,973 SF contemporary home focuses on a magnificent view of Mt. Evans. The home is carved into the hillside which creates a private mountain backyard and a top-of-the-world front deck. Sweeping, sculptural forms were employed to both maximize the view, as well as, creating a striking form placed gently amongst the foothills. Since the original home was designed in the early 1980’s Sholar has completed two additions that blend with the original design concept.
