Greenfield’s Veterinary Associates were in a house that was about 55 years old with a couple of additions completed in the 1970’s. The roof had leak issues above the wards and had some additional structural issues. An estimate for repair and unit relocation was given by comparing renovating the existing facility vs tearing down and rebuilding on the same site. After much review and the feasibility study complete, it was determined that the amount of work needed to bring the current facility up to today’s veterinary standards would be cost prohibitive. The new facility was not only a great solution for the practice but also fit the city’s desire to continually improve the area.
